ICS’ range of tool heaters and temperature controllers are manufactured by our sister company Tricool Thermal. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience all mould heaters and temperature controllers are supported and controlled by our ISO 9001 accreditation within our UK based production facility to precise CE standards.

We can offer a wide range of temperature control units which can be used to heat or temperature control injection moulding machines, we can also provide thermoregulation to oil or water, heating processes such as jacketed vessels, printing presses and chocolate production.

These units are also now replacing steam as a more economic closer-control heating medium. Customers can choose from a range of 10 products offering oil heating up to 350°C, water and pressurised water heating to 160°C and a combination of both oil and water heating from one single unit.

We can offer both standard units from stock or purpose build a unit for you to meet your specific site requirements. Offering a comprehensive range of in-house services specifically for custom build manufacturing, these include: full 3D CAD design facilities, experienced manufacturing teams and complete testing facilities. Customers are also invited to witness test their units.
