Pumps

Pumps can be supplied at varied flow/pressure requirements, both as standard and multistage in centrifugal versions. Hard faced seals as well as magnetic drive pumps can be used in critical fluid applications.

Tanks

Tank volume is very important in process cooling and the size and type can make all the difference to temperature stability and product quality. ICS is able to advise on volume and configuration to ensure this is maintained.

Heat Exchangers Heat exchangers can be required to protect the chiller from process debris, while also giving the opportunity to employ system anti-freeze, where an end user may have concerns over contamination of their process. ICS is able to select various types including brazed plate, gasketed type, shell and tube and tube in tube.

Filtration

In certain applications water can become contaminated, particularly in plastic extrusion. ICS is able to a provide highly efficient, maintenance free spin clean filter system that will ensure water quality can be maintained throughout the production cycle.
